It’s been a little while since we saw Jarvis Landry on the field. But the veteran wideout is reportedly looking to make a comeback.

Per ESPN’s Field Yates, the five-time Pro Bowler was part of a group of wide receivers that worked out for the Colts on Tuesday. Landry, 31, played in nine games with the Saints last year after four seasons each with the Browns and Dolphins.

The Colts worked out a group of wide receivers that led to the signing of Jaydon Mickens.

That group included veteran wideout Jarvis Landry, who spent last season with the Saints.

Fans reacted to this week’s news.

“This is what ticks me off about Ballard,” a Colts fan tweeted. “Landry has 5 seasons of 975 yards or more yet you sign Mickens who has 145 in his whole career.”

In Landry’s last full season as a starter (12 games), the LSU product caught 52 balls for 570 yards and a pair of touchdowns with the Browns.

At his peak, Landry had some of the best hands in the league. It’s hard to imagine he won’t be able to grab a roster spot with somebody in need of a reliable pass-catcher with the postseaso
