Drake will join a Colts team that has more questions than answers right now at running back. He may have to get the bulk of the carries for the time being since Jonathan Taylor is not practicing while backup Zack Moss is out for the next four-to-six weeks with a broken arm.
Drake comes to the Colts after spending the 2022 season with the Baltimore Ravens. In 12 games, Drake compiled 109 carries for 482 yards and four touchdowns. He also added 17 receptions for 89 yards and one touchdown.
Before he was with the Ravens, he spent one season with the Las Vegas Raiders, two with the Arizona Cardinals, and four with the Miami Dolphins.
His best individual season came with the Cardinals in 2020 when he racked up 239 carries for 955 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Overall, he has 867 carries for 3,866 yards and 33 touchdowns.
