Peyton Manning Has Brutally Honest Admission On HOF Bust

August 6, 2021 by The Spun Leave a Comment

Peyton Manning will officially become a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio this weekend.

Manning’s on-field accomplishments speak for themselves. The two-time Super Bowl winner won five MVP awards and had 71,940 passing yards and 251 touchdowns during his 17-year NFL career. Sunday’s enshrinement ceremony will be special, to say the least.

One of the coolest parts of getting into the Pro Football Hall of Fame are the perks that come with it. Every player inducted into the Hall of Fame gets a bronze bust made in the player’s likeness. Manning took part in the process back in April.

Manning couldn’t help but crack a few jokes about the sculpting process on Thursday. He said the process took “like seven hours” because of his “forehead and neck.”

Legend.

Never change, Peyton Manning, Never change.

It’s a special weekend in Canton, Ohio. The annual Hall of Fame Game will take place Thursday night when the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers unofficially kick off the NFL season. That will be just the start of the Hall of Fame festivities.

Tom Brady will be in attendance to witness Manning’s induction. The two were great rivals during Manning’s playing days, but have always maintained great respect for the other.

Tune into FOX at 8 p.m. ET tonight to catch the Hall of Fame Game. Manning will, no doubt, be a big topic of conversation heading into the weekend.
