Colts linebacker Darius Leonard seems to be pretty frustrated by his team’s most recent trade move.
Following a trade that sent Indianapolis quarterback Carson Wentz to the Washington Commanders on Wednesday, Leonard took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the deal. He also bid farewell to his QB1 after just one season with the organization.
“Here we go again! About to be 5 years with the Colts and 5 different QBs! Thank you Carson for everything this year my guy! Wish you nothing but the best!” he wrote.

Since he was drafted with a second-round pick in 2018, Leonard, a three-time first-team All-Pro talent, has played with four different starting quarterbacks: Andrew Luck in 2018, Jacoby Brissett in 2019, Philip Rivers in 2020 and Wentz in 2021.
In his first and only season with the Colts, Wentz completed 62.4 percent of his passes for 3,563 yards, 27 touchdowns and seven interceptions. With a 9-8 record as a starter, Indianapolis narrowly missed the playoffs as the result of a late-season skid.
The Colts are now on the hunt for their fifth quarterback in five years.
