Colts running back Jonathan Taylor is inching closer to his 2023 season debut.
Taylor has been on the Physically Unable to Perform List since the start of the season. Since his practice window is officially open, the Colts have 21 days to activate him to the 53-man roster.
“He’s super excited to be back with his teammates, and I look forward to having him,” Colts head coach Shane Steichen said, via ESPN.
For the most part, NFL fans are amped up about this news. They can’t wait to see Taylor play alongside rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson.

When healthy, Taylor is one of the best players in the game. In 2021, he had 1,811 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns.
The Colts should provide an update on Taylor once Wednesday’s practice is over.
