Colts Injury Report: OT Holden and CB Ya-Sin Ruled OUT, While DT Buckner is QUESTIONABLE

The Indianapolis Colts today released their Thursday injury report for wildcard playoff week of the NFL season ahead of their Saturday game.

DeForest Buckner is QUESTIONABLE for Saturday’s game against the Bills. Buckner missed two practices this week but did manage to participate in today’s practice although it was limited. Buckner was questionable last week and managed to play so hopefully he can do the same this week.

Offensive tackle Will Holden has been ruled OUT for Saturday’s playoff game. Holden injured his ankle against the Steelers in week 16 and has been unable to practice or play. Holden was a sport starter at left tackle for the Colts and is a vital piece of depth along the offensive line who will be missed Saturday.

Cornerback Rock Ya-Sin has been ruled OUT of Saturday’s game with a concussion. Ya-Sin suffered a concussion against the Steelers and ended up missing the Jaguars game last week. Unfortunately Ya-Sin has failed to pass through the concussion protocol this week and will miss the playoff game Saturday. With Ya-Sin out Saturday veteran cornerback TJ Carrie will start in his place.

Safety Khari Willis practiced all week and is good to go for Saturday after clearing the concussion protocol. Having Willis back is huge as he is such an important part of the Colts secondary.

Safety Tavon Wilson missed practice today with a not injury related designation. The Colts have typically used this when one of their players is a potential close contact to someone that is COVID-19 positive. We will have to wait and see what happens.
