The Indianapolis Colts may be without their starting quarterback for the next day or two.
Anthony Richardson recently underwent surgery on his nose that will keep him off the field on Monday, per the team. He had been having an issue with his nasal septum.
Anthony Richardson had a procedure on his nose yesterday to correct his nasal septum. He will miss practice today and depending on how he feels we expect him to return tomorrow.

He will miss the team’s first padded practice but it shouldn’t be that big of a deal.
Richardson was the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and has a lot of hype around him as the Colts think he’s their next franchise quarterback.
He may have to do a bit more of the heavy lifting this upcoming season since Jonathan Taylor’s future with the team is uncertain. He requested a trade over the weekend since he’s not happy with the team.
In any case, it won’t be long until Richardson is back on the field.
