The Indianapolis Colts are still months away from the 2023 NFL draft, but the storyline of a potential franchise quarterback will be discussed heavily throughout that time.
Even though we haven’t gotten to the NFL scouting combine yet—that arrives Feb. 28—the Colts are going to be hard at work trying to find the best prospects for the offensive scheme under new head coach Shane Steichen.
While he’s yet to fill out his coaching staff, we have a pretty good idea of what kind of players general manager Chris Ballard will be eyeing throughout the draft process.
It should be noted that the combine will change the stock of several prospects. The Colts love harping on athleticism so the testing results will be a big factor in their decision-making process.
