The Indianapolis Colts officially reduced their roster to 53 players on Saturday and while the team will still be making moves over the weekend, we have an idea of what the foundation of the roster will look like.
The Colts had a few mild surprises on their initial roster cuts. Wide receiver Daurice Fountain was released while guard Jake Eldrenkamp didn’t make the cut either. Rookie defensive tackle Robert Windsor may have been the biggest surprise cut of all.
Regardless, the Colts have now reduced their roster to 53 players. Let’s take a look at each position entering the start of the season:
