Can Purdue take the series from Michigan?
Last night was certainly a nail biter and one that really should not have been as close as it was. Purdue is better than they showed last night. Of course, I’ve said and felt that after a lot of Purdue games this season, some wins and some losses, so maybe Purdue just is exactly what they’ve shown? Regardless, Purdue got the win yesterday and moved onto the next round of the Big Ten Tournament. That means a third game with the Michigan Wolverines. You might recall that Purdue dominated Michigan at home this season, winning by 27 before losing by just 2 in the rematch on the road at Michigan. So, if this were baseball we’d be playing the rubber match in the series. Who will walk away with the series victory?
