Staying healthy has to be 1A right?
When you have a talent like Daniel Jacobsen on your basketball team he just makes everyone better. He is what Purdue needs down low on both ends of the floor. He’s got great shot blocking ability, great shot making ability, does a good job rebounding, and is a solid free throw shooter. So, clearly he dominated last season right? Well, of course you know he didn’t. He got injured in the second game of the season and essentially changed the entire trajectory of Purdue’s season. Now, he’s coming back healthy and strong.
Ryan and I get into what we want to see from the (hopefully redshirt) Sophomore in his second season with the Boilermakers. There’s a lot of good feelings and positive vibes about Jacobsen just based on those precious few minutes we saw of him last year. Ryan and I are very optimistic and very excited about his 2025-2026 season return.
