Ryan and I are back in your ears once again this fine Monday morning and we discuss the NFL draft and the associated signings of undrafted free agents. Purdue had just one player drafted but honestly given last season it shouldn’t be surprising. What is surprising is that Purdue had one OL drafted and two others were signed as undrafted free agents. That’s three OL across an OL that quite frankly wasn’t that good last season. That’s yet another indictment of the coaching staff. Not like we needed another one.
Then, we look at the final landing spot for Purdue’s last exit from the transfer portal in Brian Waddell.
Last but certainly not least, Ryan talks me through some of the latest editions to the Purdue football team while specifically focusing on the folks from Georgia. You might remember similar stories from last year in a season that went off the rails quick. Can these Georgia recruits have more success than the ones that came before? We can only hope.
