Where does the Osprey fit in?
The podcast is back with you this fine Monday morning. Ryan and I got together last night to discuss how Omer Mayer is doing in the FIBA U20 tournament. We go through his first two games and discuss why this makes us so optimistic despite his first game not showing stellar numbers and the second game having a lot of turnovers.
Then, we hand out our final homework assignments of the year as Liam Murphy comes to the front of the class to receive his offseason work. I personally think that Murphy isn’t getting the coverage he would due to the signing of Oscar Cluff and Omer Mayer. Those two are taking up a lot of the oxygen but adding another shooter to be able to (maybe) play alongside Fletcher Loyer will be a huge addition to the Purdue offense that cannot be overlooked.
