There’s going to be peak “football weather” for Saturday night’s USC-Notre Dame game.
The current forecast calls for rain at the start of the game followed by clouds with temperatures in the high 40s to low 50s. The wind chill, or the feel-like temperature, will be around 40 degrees.

This weather could work to the Fighting Irish’s advantage since the Trojans aren’t used to playing in the cold. The Trojans also have a leaky defense, which the Fighting Irish can exploit.
The Trojans come into this game as the No. 10 team in the country with a 6-0 record while the Fighting Irish come in at No. 21 with a 5-2 record. The Irish are trying to get revenge on the Trojans after the latter won last year’s matchup 38-27.
Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. ET and it’ll be nationally televised by NBC.
