Fresh off of one of the biggest wins of his college football career, Notre Dame quarterback Sam Hartman appears to have made a significant change to his appearance.
On Wednesday, the Notre Dame Football official X account posted a photo of Hartman at a recent practice. Noticeably, Hartman was sported a thick mustache rather than the full beard he had been sporting for most of the season.
“Stache Steez,” Notre Dame dubbed their starting quarterback.
College football fans were a bit mixed on Hartman’s new appearance. The people who were making jokes or just plain weirded out have been sounding off pretty regularly.

“Notre dame men have no chance on campus anymore,” one user joked.
“I’m usually not fond of those staches, but he is so fine with it,” another wrote.
Some people thought he looked like Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite while others compared him to YouTube gaming streamer Dr. Disrespect.
As long as going with the mustache results in wins though, people probably aren’t going to bust his chops too much about it.
