Let’s not beat around the drum and get straight to it
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are 2-0 and that is a matter of record. Despite any shortcomings that we have seen in the first two weeks, when a team is undefeated, it’s a brand new start to the season with start of the next game. For the Irish, that next game is the 2-0 Purdue Boilermakers — now with 50% less drum.

The One Foot Down staff is just as excited as all of you, and of course we have the staff picks again this year for a big handful of games from all over the country. This week we have 11 different matchups on the slate:
