College GameDay is coming to Indiana this weekend for Saturday’s top 10 clash between Ohio State and Notre Dame.
Each week, GameDay names a celebrity guest picker to predict the weekend’s games live on set. This Saturday, it will be award-winning actor Vince Vaughn.
Vaughn, a native of Minneapolis, did not attend college, but is a diehard Notre Dame fan. He’s attend a number of games at Notre Dame Stadium over the years.
Additionally, Vaughn had a key part in the 1993 movie Rudy about former Fighting Irish walk-on Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger, playing fictional Notre Dame halfback Jamie O’Hara.Β
The film was Vaughn’s first major movie role.

GameDay‘s first road show was at Notre Dame for the “Game of the Century” against Florida State in 1993. The Fighting Irish, ranked second in the country, beat the No. 1 Seminoles 31-24.
All-time, Notre Dame is 6-4 at home when GameDay makes an appearance. One of those losses came against Ohio State though, back in 1996.
Notre Dame-Ohio State will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday night on NBC.
