Pregame Moment Between Indiana and Purdue Is Going Viral

June 27, 2024 by The Spun

It’s a rivalry alright.

As Indiana and Purdue prepared to face off in the latest chapter of their longstanding rivalry, Hoosiers players lined up along the court directly in front of Boilermakers players as they attempted some warm-up free throws; leading to a couple staredowns prior to tip.

The Hoosiers were able to come away with the win the last time these two squared off, with Indiana upsetting the No. 1 Boilermakers 79-74.

Purdue has since dropped a few spots in the AP Poll after losing three of its last five games. Now they’ll try to hold Trayce Jackson-Davis down following the senior’s last performance when he dropped 25 points, seven boards and five blocks.

A win for IU could slide them into third in the Big Ten.
