It’s the fourth straight summer Moren will coach with USA Basketball and the second as head coach.
For the fourth straight offseason, Teri Moren is taking her coaching duties international.
Moren will serve as head coach of USA Basketball’s U19 Women’s National Team this summer after having done the same last summer. She spent 2023 and 2022 as an assistant coach for the U19 World Cup and U18 Americas Championship teams.
The staff will consist of Notre Dame’s Niele Ivey and South Florida’s Jose Fernandez in assistant coaching roles. The team is set to compete at the FIBA U19 Women’s World Cup in Brno, Czech Republic, from July 12-20th, 2025.
“It is an honor to be leading the 2025 USA Basketball Women’s U19 National Team along with Coach Ivey and Coach Fernandez,” Moren said in an official program release. “I am grateful to represent our country on the international stage and look forward to the opportunity to once again pursue a gold medal for our nation.”
