Indiana officially announced the hiring of Darian DeVries, formerly of West Virginia and Drake, as the program’s new head men’s basketball coach on Tuesday. He was officially introduced at a press conference on Wednesday morning.
DeVries is Indiana’s fourth head coach since 2010 and the second hire for the position made by athletic director Scott Dolson. He has a strong record of program building at Drake and worked under great coaches like Greg McDermott and Dana Altman during his time as an assistant at Creighton.
With everything now finalized and DeVries having had the opportunity to introduce himself, how do you feel about the man chosen to lead Indiana into the future?
