Indiana kicker Charles Campbell has been named the Big Ten’s special teams player of the week.
Campbell hit all three of his field goal attempts in a 37-21 win at Rutgers. He is a perfect 5-of-5 on the season, ahead of Iowa’s Keith Duncan (4-of-4) for the most field goals in the Big Ten.
This is the second week in a row the Hoosiers have had a player of the week. Junior safety Jamar Johnson was a co-defensive player of the week for his 10-tackle performance versus Penn State, which also included an interception and a forced fumble.
IU last had a special teams player of the week on Sept. 2, 2019, when kicker Logan Justus took the honor.
