A lot of money is coming in ahead of Sunday’s Game 7 between the Thunder and Pacers — and it’s resulted in a major shift to the betting line.
After opening up the series as historic favorites over Rick Carlisle’s team, Oklahoma City finds itself in a winner-take-all game at the Paycom Center where they’ll need to once again lean on their home crowd to help carry them to victory.
As of yesterday OKC was a 7.5-point favorite in tonight’s battle (the biggest Game 7 NBA Finals favorite in over six decades). But as Action Network’s Evan Abrams notes, its fallen another half-point just hours away from tip-off.
“Thunder opened -9 and are now -7 vs. Pacers,” Abrams shared to X. Adding, “the 2-pt move from open to close would be the largest in a finals Game 6 or 7 in @Bet_Labs database (18 games).”
Clearly Indiana has its share of believers on the heels of Thursday’s massive blowout win and fans feel confident enough in their players (and Tyrese Haliburton’s calf) to get it done.
