The Pacers face another tough challenge at the Fieldhouse on Sunday.
The Pacers are struggling of late, having lost four of their last five games but will try to avoid losing their third straight game for the first time this season against a sizzling Utah team that has not only won their last three games but also 14 of their last 15. Good health has played a part, but local legend Mike Conley is expected to miss his first game of the season with a tight hammy.
That sustained run of success finds the Jazz rolling into the Fieldhouse with the best record in the NBA at 18-5. Among the varied issues the Jazz can present the Pacers, 3-ball shooting sits atop the list. Opponents shoot the three better against the Pacers than any other team in the league which is not a good trend considering the Jazz drained a franchise-high 26 threes in their last game at Charlotte.
Here’s to water finding its level and the Jazz cooling down a bit along with the low temps in Indy.
