The Knicks have won both tight games in New York and showed their hustle culture. Unfortunately for them, OG Anunoby got injured yet again, and could not play any of the games in Indiana. That being said, Thibodeau was undermanned and had to put some new players in the rotation who had not got any playing time so far in the playoffs. It was hard for them to adjust, and the Knicks did not have an answer in the last two games.
The Pacers went out with a 10-man rotation against the Knicks and have completely dominated energy-wise. Tyrese Haliburton finally stepped up and played great basketball at home. In the first home game, the Pacers were trailing by 9 points in the 4th quarter, but managed to hit big shots and come back to win that game. In their last game against the Knicks, the Pacers started off by winning the first quarter 34-14, and after that it was all over for the Knicks.
