The Pacers won the 1st round against the Knicks 4-3. In the first game against the Celtics, the Pacers were really close to winning the first game. They were up by 5 points with just less than 2 minutes left. Unfortunately for them, they made some bad decisions and ended up losing that first game by an inch. In their last game against the Celtics, Tyrese Haliburton got injured and did not return. The Pacers could not do much without him, and they were blown out 126-110. However, the Pacers have won the last 11 home games, so there should be some optimism coming into this game.
The Celtics are still without Porzingis, but they are such a stacked team that you do not even notice Porzingis missing. Jaylen Brown was the hero in the first game, scoring the three pointer which sent the game to overtime. Jrue Holiday has also been great offensively, which has helped them a lot.
