The Timberwolves played the best defense so far in the playoffs. It was just great to watch their in-game adjustments. In game 7 against the Nuggets, the Timberwolves were trailing by 20 points. However, once Anthony Edwards was guarding Jamal Murray in the second half, everything was different. Even with Anthony Edwards shooting poorly, the Timberwolves were great. They have a great roster with almost no injuries.
The Mavericks closed out the series against the Thunder in the sixth game. P.J. Washington had a rough night up until the fourth quarter. He then proceeded to take what could have been a game-winning shot, but got fouled and scored two winning free-throws. Luka Dončić still looks banged up on the court. Kyrie Irving and Luka Dončić look great together on the court and are almost unguardable in their isolated possessions.
