Following the sudden passing of owner Jim Irsay earlier this week, the Colts’ succession plan is now in the limelight. The Colts reported this evening that team owner and CEO Jim Irsay passed away in his sleep earlier today. Irsay was 65 years old at the time of his passing and is survived by his three daughters.
